Covers full homes, new builds, or single-room designs. Our interior styling service includes a full furnishings layout with curated finishes, furniture, and accessories.

PROCESS

Discovery Call

Once you have viewed our Instagram and website fill out our contact form. Once we have received your form we will review and contact you. The next step is a 30-minute Discovery Call. This call allows us to get to know you, talk through style preferences, discuss investment level and share our design process.

Kick Off Meeting

If after the Discovery Call both parties decide to move forward, we’ll schedule Kick Off meeting which is an onsite or virtual consultation to see the space and better understand your needs. The client will need to set aside 1-1.5hrs for this meeting. We will dive into inspiration for the room/s, budget, client preferences, and go into more detail about the scope of work. After we have gathered all the necessary information from this meeting an initial scope estimate will be sent. Once this is approved the contract will follow and we move for forward with conceptual planning.

Conceptual Design

We have now entered into the conceptual design phase. HDI brings together all of the information gathered and begin s planning each room in detail. The design concept will include floor plans , inspiration imagery, color palettes, and fabric selections. This phase typically takes 4-6weeks to compile everything. The goal is to finalize the floor plan and establish a cohesive design vision and overall aesthetic for your home.

  • It's important to understand that collaborating with an interior designer can offer a gratifying and hassle-free experience. Beyond crafting a stunning home, we can establish the project's budget and scope, and provide valuable connections and recommendations for hiring skilled contractors. Our services encompass renovations, new builds, as well as furniture and soft goods selections.

  • We present everything at an in-person meeting. We walk through everything together and show floorplans, furnishing layouts, furnishing and fixture choices, samples and finishes. We want you to feel what your space will be like. We do offer revisions as part of our process.

  • New builds and large renovations typically take 1.5yrs or more depending on the size of the project. Interior Styling can take 4-6 months; this depends on how many rooms we will be furnishing. Our prospective clients for new builds and renovations should reach out at least 6 months prior to the start of the project. This provides ample time for HDI to present a well planned and laid out design concept.

  • We absolutely do! The details of projects where travel is involved will be discussed during the Discovery Call.
